dear sir if i want to setup program like photoshop or vb.net or any software how many the processor for each one if the server will be core i7 and i use L-series | for vSpace kind regards
at ronie bulawin... fail over reduncy there are many things to protect against this. weve had our servers crash a few times and havnt lost a thing or had any down time. except loging out and loging back in (had to use secondary server) took 90 seconds total.
If Windows XP and 7 can only be used to VDI, why Vspace allows multiple sessions 1:N when being used with these OS? It is very clear that they keep on supplying multiterminal products to be used with XP and Windows 7.
and Ronjerangmail what if you have the same thing with FAT Clients saving to a Server ? Basically whether you use a local hard drive without back up redundancy on a Fat client or do that same with a Thin Client Server . Stupidly depending on one storage media is stupid.
2) NComputing keep on selling Multiterminal versions to Windows XP and Windows 7 market. They are driving their users to believe they are not doing anything wrong about Microsoft´s licensing. They say Windows XP and Windows 7 should be used only with VDI architecture 1:1, however their unique products that can be used on VDI is L series, but the X series and U series products are also available for download to run on XP and 7.
I think this is only ideal for schools who have students beginning to learn how to use a computer.
