I'm not a huge fan of BvB but I do have a MASSIVE amount of respect for this guy. So humble and down to earth.
+Charlie's Drum Corner I've watched the occasional interview with any given member(s) of the band and I think the general consensus is they play lowest common denominator music, but they're all really nice people and a pretty appreciative of the amount of popularity they've received.
+Charlie's Drum Corner yeah he is man, Him and Jinxx came to our local watering hole in Stow Ohio after a show and we had beers chilled for like 3 hours great dudes. They probably chose that bar because no one would know them and no one did but we definitely knew they werent from stow ohio haha
@@genocideoffsprng i mn that seems the general consensus with most bands that are controversial whether it be bvb or metallica. I have a huge respect for all genres of music but especially the musicians that are incredibly humble. I remember i was in a bar with my grandad and i went back to the hotel. Apparently when i left the entirety of metallica walked in 😂 comedic timing as always. Anyways my grandad is not a massive fan but knew who they were as a result of my brother being massive fans. My grandad invited them all for a drink at his table with my gran and they all signed a beer coaster for my brother. Apparently they were all just nice dudes.
These are the people that should be respected for their work bc they obviously give respect to other people. Even if you don't like the music you can easily just respect the fact they are people and walk away. You can have your opinion but no one needs to hear it.
I don't care what your opinion of this band is...you can't deny that CC is very humble and talented. You don't have to listen to them or be a fan but at least acknowledge and respect the fact that they are clearly very passionate about what they do.

I love seeing CC so passionate about anything. He deserves every bit of happiness he can get.
FUN FACT: CC credits Joey Jordison (ex-Slipknot and Murderdolls) for his metal drumming. He is also a proud maggot (Slipknot fan)
This is the reason I love CC; that he's my favorite member of BVB. He seems so down-to-earth, so nice and friendly in general. I feel like he would make such a great friend if you ever met him in person. He looks like the kinda guy that you can tell anything, and he would keep your deepest darkest secrets and not tell a soul. He is someone, in my personal opinion, who would definitely be boyfriend material (in a general aspect that is). I'd love to get to meet him in person and tell him that I think he's such a kind person.
From a single girl's POV, it is so difficult to find guys like him in this world, genuine and real; that don't just think of girls only being useful for sexual pleasure. I wish there were more guys out there who were caring and loving, buying a girl roses just to be kind and thoughtful, and to tell her just how much he thinks she's pretty and make her feel loved and appreciated. That she has a purpose in this world (and I don't mean in a sexual manner...)

Rose Queen Aww thanks! I meant everything I said though. I hate that chivalry is dead these days. Most guys in general aren't the same anymore; they don't hold doors open, or stand when a woman enters or leaves the room; I wish things would go back to at least men being true gents at the least.

If you have a chance to see BvB live, do it. I'm not terribly into their music, but CC is one of the best live drummers I've ever seen and his kit sounds incredible. They're all such great musicians.

The day I finally had a complete set of Zildjian's on my set was one of the happiest days of my life. They're all ZBT's, but they're still awesome. I broke my 16" crash soon after too, and was almost moved to tears!

Wow! Great playing dude! You should give the the two single pedals on 2 separate drums thing a try. It does take a bit of an adjustment period as any inaccurate hits are more clearly exposed but I assure you that once you get used to the zero lag on the left pedal you will find that you are actually faster than you thought. Yes tuning them to the same note is a total pain in the ass, but the end result it very much worth the extra effort.

Zildjian is my favorite also. First time i tapped the symbol with my finger it rang so beautifully i could control my self. took a drum stick, hit it, and i have been in love ever sense that day. My drum set got destroyed over a jealous old friend. Now I am left with nothing. But the day i touched a Zildjian was the day my soul freaking flew. and I was only 12 at the time. now 25 and still feel the same way about them.

Am I the only one who noticed that he isn't using his left bass drum??? Just a double pedal for the right.
just for show, its a different feel and a different tone if you're using two independent bass drums. I'm guessing he's used a double pedal all his life, so thats obviously what he's comfortable with.
Davis Cripe and it's quicker to dial in the sound through the mics and they don't have to tune two
Probably uses them both. I've seen plenty of drummers who have both two bass drums and a double pedal and each work under different circumstances.

I agree! Even though his old cymbal company was good, the switch to zildjian was the right choice in my opinion, his drum company change was quite good as well (ddrum to DW)

The two bass drums are usually just for looks, but quite a few drummers prefer the feel of two single pedals instead of the double pedal
michael harvey it's not just about feel and looks it's also set up time it's easier and faster to tune and dial in one bass drum if you are a massive headliner band who has all day to set up then you can but most openers only have the time to do so much

Could be lots of factors, its more affordable to be endorsed being on the road, builds kinda like a curriculum typenof thing where it shows you’re profesional enough to mantain a partnership, looks better for the band profesionally, he gets a wider variaety of sounds and them boom, landed on what he wanted
For sure. Meinl does kind of give out endorsements like they're Halloween candy, though given BVB's wide fandom and recognition I am still surprised he didn't do it sooner.

This is the first VIDEO I’ve seen from zildjian so I didn’t what what Sound Legacy was.... so I thought he was playing the drum part for The Legacy... but when it played I’m like “THATS COFFIN NOT THE LEGACY!” I was about to post some mega hate... but then I realized that Sound Legacy is not The Legacy... now I feel stupid 😂😂

The two bass drums are for looks, some people prefer the feel of a double pedal, some are the opposite. It also would be quite hard to keep both bass drums sounding the same through out a whole tour, well at least I would imagine.

+CHEESE well when you're in a band that is big on their aesthetic/image, AND you're endorsed, it's easy to just go the extra mile visually and get a second kick. of course it's much easier to tune just one kick, and you get the added stability of clamping your slave pedal to a kick.
try to think shit head solos?, in order for it to be in order the extra is to be on time with the bass guitar
When you do double bass on one bass drum you lose air and if you have two bass drums it sounds better and it looks cooler
Plus it can be used as a back up if he breaks through his kick drum
it's really hard to got the exact same tune on each bass drum... so that's why... look insane no tuning problem!
