An idea. Literal high-ways. Instead of having to zipline in slow motion uphill everywhere, you build a road system through the air high enough to avoid anything that doesnt fly with branching points to most of the points of interest you can take shorter ziplines from. With all the speed gear and mutations you have, you can beeline along a grass road a lot faster than climbing back from the lake to the border of the map or whatever.... right? Plus I kinda want to see a several man team unite to deforest, errr degrass entire sections of the yard to gather the 500 pallets or so of planks you will need to accomplish this. :p

Just so you know for convenience, you can build using nearby resources with the handy gnat but it only pulls from resources near your character, not the gnat.
Right by the log by the fallen white plank, behind the log is a billy hog plate with around 100 sprigs probably even more. I call that sprig heaven. In front of the sand box facing the shed there’s the most weed stems in the game

Genuine question but how safe would you consider the top of the brawny boy bin compared to the rest of the yard or is there somewhere safer for someone who absolutely despises being raided?
Get the Coaltana. It kicks the crap out of any spider - even the Broodmother. It takes on the Widow too but takes you a while. For her I trap her in her den with walls with windows so I can arrow-spam from a safe distance. I also make sure and either build a door or other access to get in to collect the booty. Yes, it's a cheese move but it works. She's resistant to everything so if I can cheese - I'll cheese! If I feel my inner-Barbarian trying to get out and need a face-to-face conversation with her, I'll run in with the Coaltana and go to work. The Coaltana usually takes out the baby widows in one hit. Also, with her contained in her Den, it's a great way to try out different combinations of armor, weps and mutations. She's one of the toughest re-spawning nuts to crack in the game and no better critter to test your mettle.
Hey Cade I’m that myth busting video you said meat shield healing is false when it is actually not. When you are low health I mean like damn near death it will heal you.
