She was an inspiration for me from that day onwards and there was a question in the back of my head when mam spoke about she having PTSD and how a mom(Lakshmi amma) could not be proud about such truth positive and sensible daughter. Just so you know, i too have a single daughter and i love her so much that i cannot leave my hard earned finances for someone other than her.... It puzzles me here how any sensible successful mother could not understand this pure-hearted intelligent daughter.
Aishwarya what you have mentioned is so right. After my divorce I remarried a person because I was scared of living alone. Only to find out within a year that he was a scammer and doing this to many. He has full support of his friends group and family. Inspite of my several attempts pleading to advocates that no lady should go through what I went through, no one wanted me to take action against him. All they asked me was to get my divorce and marry someone else. This kind of behavior from advocates will only encourage more predators. Wondering how the future generations will survive 😢
