Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients:
1 Large Egg
3/4c Granulated Sugar
1/2c Fresh or Evaporated Milk
1/4tsp Vinigar
1/4c oil
Pinch of salt
1c Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4c cocoa powder
Procedure:
Prepare Boiling Water in Steamer or Preheat oven
Wisk 1 & 2
Add 3,4 & 5 mix well
Sift dry ingredients 6,7,8 & 9 to the mixture mix well
pour to moulder with cupcake liners. (Add toppings)
place in steamer with cloth cover.
Steam to medium heat 6m and another 10m to low heat
Or place in preheated oven for 5min high then 10min low
-toothpick check
