I get that the influencer space in LA can be weird and pretentious but I hate that it impacts the entire reputation of LA. LA is such a huge city full of so much culture and history... East Hollywood is full of immigrants and amazing food, it's not just a "sketchy" area :(

Idk if it’s easily available in the US but Valerian is great for sleep! It’s in tablet or tea form, this is very typical but some chamomile before bed can really calm you down, I’m also constantly struggling with sleep schedule, keeping it somewhat consistent really helps, like not sleeping in too late on weekends, but yeah waking up around the same time will help keep your rhythm in check and sunlight first thing in the morning
it could be "Hi (something) sisters" , and you can change it every week for like giving multiple affirmation to each others, anywayy it's so fun and comfy listening to this podcast🥰
