Goran, I am so proud of you and your team to make this commitment to the Ospreys for so many years, it is truly magnificent and shows your true values when it comes to nature and wildlife. Yours is one of the few channels I look forward to being notified there is a new vlog, as I watch each one. Your photos as always are awesome. As always look forward to the next adventure you share with us. See you out there! Euge
Hi Euge and thank you very much for your kind comment. It is true that we spend a lot of time making the wild animals happy and healthy so thank you for noting this. :-)
Thank you so much again and thank you for your kind comment 🙏🙏😀😀. Yes, it is an experience to be part of this project. I have been involved for 13 years
Hey Göran, Thanks for this video. It gives a good impression how many effort is necessary to make such photos. and I hoe you enjoyded the coffee meanwhile with your buddies :-)
On the 30 of august a well known Dutch photographer named Han Bouwmeester made some pictures of a juvenile osprey in front of his hide. The bird was ringed and he foud out, that this bird was ringed 6 weeks before in Norway. Many Scandinavian ospreys pass trough The Netherlands in autumn, their umbers are estimated around 200 individuels. We have 3-5 breeding pairs ourselves over the last years mainly in the delta in the south-west of the country.
Hi Jan. It was interesting to hear and it was a very early move. I thought they stayed in Sweden and Norway until the middle of September and learned to fish. Many thanks for the information. 🙏🙏😀😀
You are indeed making very nice photos in your videos. Fine good fishing action shots. Guess it is a testament to the versatility of a zoom, that you had the opportunity to vary the type of shots. Noticed that some are a higher ISO. What noise reduction software do you use?
I think that in the title of video you can mention that you put a ring on the scopes chicks. And about this project, which works for so many years. Perhaps more "loud" name would attract more viewers and new subscribers.
Hälsningar Hans-Olof i Sala
😀 Tack Hans-Olof.
I have been taking pictures rarely with fish in their claws but never the actual moment. Can you share with us your secret? What distance do they fly from the catch to the nest?
Hi, we have seen ospreys come in with fish that can only be found in the ocean. It was four miles that they had to fly one way . We throw fish out to them and they are used to us.

Fantastic foties as usual Göran 😀😀. Bream must be their most abundant prey in Sweden?

MJÖG fínar myndir og myndbönd. Kveðjur frá Íslandi
Þakka þér kærlega fyrir og takk fyrir góð athugasemd 🙏🙏😀😀 Gaman að heyra frá Íslandi.

Thank you so much Simon and thank you for your kind comment 😀😀🙏😀. I use Topaz Denoice.
Great story - great images - well done Göran! I wonder whether to ring 4 ospreys is average, or? Since 1968 this ringing programme is running!
Thank you so much again Frank. 😀😀🙏🙏. It was the worst result ever. We have never before had worse than 20 to ring. Hope it will be better next year.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I will change the title. :-)
