If the ph keep on rising, you'll have to check if there's anything in your aquarium system that is rising the ph level. For example crushed corals, laval rocks or any minerals rocks or sands

I can try something else like without air pump, I can just install a fan and blow air over the water from above and observe for 10-12 hours so that the air from the fan can reach the surface of the bucket of water. Using discus buffer will lower the minerals and should be able to reach pH of 6. Although several doses might be needed

Check for anything that might increase pH in your tank. For example, crushed corals, rocks or even sands that could be alkaline in nature.

You can use either neutral regulator or alkaline buffer. Alkaline buffer if it's an aqua scape tank.
