Why are some people commenting on her English proficiency when she's delivering such a powerful message through this interview? Seriously people, get your priorities right, especially those who can't even spell properly to begin with. She has given a child the opportunity to live a better life and to chase after a brighter future. I can't care less about the quality of the language she is using. I give her my full respect, support, and admiration for doing what she's doing. I used to think adopting is a difficult process in Malaysia. Now, I'm encouraged to consider adoption someday :) Even if I were to bear my own children, I would still love to adopt. Thank you Fynn, for being such an inspiration :)

Uhhhh doesn't mean she's an english teacher, she has to have an accent.. She speaks great english, and Im from England.. I had this english teacher about two years ago and she was from Malaysia, she speaks exactly like Fynn and i don't see whats wrong with it.. Why are you guys doubting that she's an english teacher then?

You are wonderful, I followed you from instagram at first thinking you are just normal obsessed protective modern mom who have infinite love for her super cute firstborn child (like usual moms do ;) ) but when I found out from one of your post that juna was actually adopted, it just bewilders me how a person could love so much somebody that who's not even of their own flesh & blood. I'm glad I found this video. It shows what type of mentality you have, and I just hope more people in malaysia could have that way of thinking. I've seen how adoption could have gone bad, and how easily people could have thought "oh ni mesti mak bapak kandung ntah sapa" when the child itself was actually adopted when they were born. No child ever asked to be born that way. (p/s: hopefully nobody would come to told me off for my scattered grammar :D )

guru bahasa inggeris (orang malaysia), bertutur manglish. for me it is beautiful and humble. kita dah selesa cakap macam tu, even tun dr mahathir pergi bual bicara keluar tv kat negara barat pon masih guna accent tempatan. diorang selesa bercakap mcm tu, dan saya rasa bila keadaan yang memerlukan mereka bertutur menggunakan accent negara barat, mereka boleh bertutur dengan baik sekali. sebab perkara sedemikian berlaku terhadap guru-guru bahasa inggeris sekolah menengah saya.
hek eleh makcik hanis tu. mmg lah kalau org melayu speaking english keluar manglish accent. cuba suruh mat salleh speaking malay, keluar tak british accent dia? ciss berlagak. isu yg dibincangkan bukan pasal accent pun. mentality dia mmg tahap epik.

I love her spirit, I love her work, I love what she did and hope she continues that positive attitude.... her English is far better than a lot of people in Malaysia but it's never the issue and shouldn't be raised as an issue at all... May Allah SWT bless her..

honestly she did a lot of grammar mistakes. and it's surprising since u said that she's an english teacher.. however, this interview is way beyond that.. so there shouldn't be any issue about her english. ;)

She should'nt be so vocal of her son out of wedlock status. As a Malaysian, she should know better of the uneducated crap stereotypes in majority of the malays (I'm not condemning the race or religion). If she's going to stay in Kazakhstan or other countries that dont even ask or care on the term 'anak luar nikah', I wont be mumbling here. Her son has nothing to do with his ex-parent past and pure just like any kid. Just ignore and be silent about his status knowing the environment/culture is different and she's a Malaysian celebrity!
