I agree that tollywood is better in terms of fair opportunities and all. But this doesn't change anything for your own first point i.e *MOST* south indian movies have out of the world fights and almost the same story with just characters and actors changed. Hero is a police wala or a poor guy. The villian (mostly prakash Raj) is a mafia and he snatches poor's land or his boys rap* some girl who is related to the hero. Then the usual dishoom dishoom. The End
P.S there are exceptions like bahubali and magadheera but we are talking about the general trend
