They are ultra rich to maintain and afford multiple domestic helps, doctors, dieticians, nutritionists to take care of everything with regard to food and whatever they consume. Why most of them are commenting they should speak in telugu I totally understand it would be lovely to watch the program if they speak in telugu for telugu viewers but different language people are watching from different parts of the world I guess that is the reason they speak in English to better understand.
