Kayla’s mindset is all about being 1% better every day-a message she shares with her social media platforms, providing actionable tools to build sustainable habits for a happier life. 7 years ago, she launched the 100MilesofSummer community to create an inclusive space where others could reimagine what running looks like. It was this community that motivated Kayla to run her first marathon-plus 2 more-in celebration of her 33rd year. As she prepares for FURTHER, her biggest goal yet, Kayla is powered by a distinct purpose: to diversify the sport and prove that resilience is the key to accomplishing hard things.
