Why gujarati bargains ? U know ? Being a gujarati i can tell u truth. Like an example : steel thali if some store ask 250Rs. Gujju will take thali in hand and ask how much is weight. Say shopkeeper tells 300gm. Gujju generally ( god gift ) estimate raw mat cost of 300gm steel and add up other expenses in mind and come to conclusion that this is worth 150 Rs. Hence start negotiating bcs gujju knows rokked bottom. Gujju says in business its legal if yr margins are 1.25 of cost(25% gross margin so net net around 15% is ok ). Above that it's loot. Illegal money. You won't be happy with such extra money. This type of learning from beginning. So gujju never give undue money to anyone bcs he is not taking undue money in business
