The ab wheel also. I hit the abs about 4 times a week pretty hard. Just gotta put the work in and over time you will start to see the results, but hanging leg raises will really make a difference for sure.
Excellent work on the video. I'm going to be moving into a "tiny house" sometime in the next few years, and I'm in need of some workout like this that can build muscle in small spaces. Thanks. I'll definitely be using this.
i just bought Ab straps an thanks for showing me the form but i keep trying but my body keeps swaying back in froth i cant stay steady to lift my legs or knees up an it could be due to weak core strength. but idk but i keep trying to do them will my body eventually keep steady instead of swaying?
okay thanks man, yeah my goal is to be 194 or 195 im 174 now and i have a pretty good upper body, ever sense i started workin out i just trained my upper body but neglected my lower body an people have told me, if you wanna get big gotta work out lower body too as well as abs, so now im just trying to get my legs bigger as well as my abs and core, even when i do sit ups my body just falls back, lol my abs and core must be weak as shit, an like i said i just bought the ab straps yesterday and all day yesterday and today ive been trying to get the form right an thanks again man for the advice ill keep you posted.
really 4 times a week i wanted to do that but i didn't want to over do it so you you do the same exercises on those 4 days or do you change each day up for them?
You need to watch out your diet as well. You could be doing extreme leg swings, 5 days a week for the whole year and not see any results if you don't modify your diet. The ab muscle is already there, you just need to exercise them a bit and modify your diet, based on my personal experience.
Short, sweet, and to the point. Thanks for keeping it simple!
That helped out a lot. I just bought abs straps and needed to know the proper way to use them. Thanks!

Jeremy Cantrell Thanks appreciate you taking the time to let me know that!
TY, Great video and help!!
What if you got just dial rings attached to roof kind of setups??..
Can you still attach the straps on it??
Thank you :)
Youre welcome!
Thanks dude

TheKira708 Focus on lowering your legs slower, as time progress your core will get stronger. Keep me posted with how things are going!

btw man, should i do 15 or 20 reps with 3 or 4 sets a day, say for a week or something or take rest days?
TheKira708 3 times a week is a good amount of times
Devin Moore Okay thanks
So what is your complete ab workout? Leg Raises weighted sit ups what else?
Your abs are pretty defined imo. What are your ab workouts besides hanging leg raises?
Thanx

Okay so I can't do this without swinging

Yep like Arnold said " abs are made in the kitchen".
