Same with me, when they get closer to cliff my heartbeat faster
@@anggunoktafiyana7508 Balance and coordination are inner ear and sight functions. Cats always land on their feet if they fall off the coffee table, unless they have become so domesticated and pampered they are expecting someone to catch them, but 9 out of 10 times a cat lands on their feet even if they are blind. Of course, I have to ask my self, why have they been left out in the elements for five months. They are going to become wild crazy and no one will ever be able to get near them and domesticate them. Somebody should have stepped in sooner. JMO.
@@nickthenose3984 You can't be serious - they are really lucky to have any help at all considering the dangerous conditions. Mother cat should have chosen a safer place to give birth!

The mother cat had to make a very tough decision. This touching story shows us more abt how hard stray animals' lives are and how ordinary people together can make a lot of difference for them and the for a better world.

@@warrenbond32 you think simply praying will do anything for the animals. Go out and help them, feed them, if you can shelter them. Don’t simply pray and say you’re doing something.

Mother cats usually abandon kittens injured or with birth defects. It is a good thing that this injured kitten was rescued.
Nature or not, it is wrong for mother animals to abandon and reject their children who have disabilities and birth defects. By the mother animals doing that, they are dishonoring their children saying indirectly that they don't want them because they are imperfect. No parent knows whether the children will or will not have disabilities. Josie

That is the nature of animals, can't control what they do or not, nothing humans can do to change what animals do. With competition for animals, they put their energy to raising their offspring who are able to survive. There are plenty of babies that are abandoned by their parents, its natural behavior, like it or not.

Thanks for rescuing the kitten. I just share that I am a rescuer here in the Philippines and their situation is really pathetic. Lots of abandoned animals. I want to rescue them all but I don't have a shelter to bring for them. So I created a RUclips Channel for what I earn from RUclips, I will build a shelter for them. I salute the Kritter Klub because they have helped so many animals and so do what they want to do.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a stray animal is just what you are doing. Giving shelter, food and water. Water is the big thing to give right now .

A mother's love is unbelievable but unfortunately in the wild the mom has to make a sad decision, it's a good thing Kritter Klub was there to rescue that precious kitty.
Also, she "doesn't care" that much because the cat has a different mother instinct: each couple of months they can have full litters again, so most times they only try to get the litter generally safe and that's it, then the mother instincts ended and the mother leaves.
@@gs7828 defending on the cat mother instincts, there is some other mother cats I saw in this channel that even though the kitten is old enough, the mom cat still not leaving their side... It really depends on the experience of mother cats and their instincts... I think some mother cats won't leave their kittens behind even if they are old enough because previously all her kittens died... That is what I saw in this channel
This mother cat tried so hard to take the little one too but in the end had to leave him behind. It's survival of the fittest but in this case, the mother cat did this kitten a favour. He got his leg fixed and, hopefully by now he has a loving home, something his siblings will probably never have sadly.
My hearth breaks when I see this poor kitten left alone... abandoned by his family... but miraculously people gave him a chance, we will never be able to thank you enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'm so happy you were able to rescue the kitten. Hope he finds a wonderful home. Please give us a Part 2 on the little guy. They could have tried leaving the kitten in the cage and let him cry for his mother to see if she would have come back and captured them all.

It looks like the leg fracture was too serious to have been able to heal naturally. By the time the leg heals the kitten will be able to live without its mom. But it would be very nice if the kitten and its mom could see each other again!

He looked so pitiful after he was left behind all alone the 1st night, with his eyes just fixed on the Fence where he last saw his Mama Cat jumped and disappeared. Thank you kind Lady for feeding them for 6 months. Thank you Kritter Klub Rescue Team for risking your own lives on that steep cliff to rescue the limping Kitty. I just wished the poor, tired Mama Cat and her 3 other kittens could have been saved too. May kind people who see them rescue and adopt them too.

YOU'RE BRILLIANT DOING THAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Street cats have a hard time. It's better for them to live in people's houses. I know somebody on Cyprus who feeds loads of street pussycats. They need people to look out for them. Anybody who's doing it deserves millions of gold medals, in my opinion they do anyway.

Kitten looks just like my little one. And a broken leg! No wonder he couldn't follow his Mama. I truly hope they followed Mama and Babies and captured them, gave them a wonderful forever home. They can never have any kind of life in the wild. Praying for them!
the respect I have for the rescue team cant be explained, they risked their own lives at the cliff and saved the kitten, people like them make this world a better place ^^

And spayed them, most importantly. Too many cats reproducing and they do it each couple of months non-stop if they have enough food, which actually limits food for them all and so they suffer.

The mother decided to move the kittens because she saw people intruding into her territory. I'm sure she would have done so eventually anyway, but I'm sure it expedited her decision.
Yes, it is true, she decided after seeing the trap and she came back for the last limp son but sadly he could not jump. However thanks for the lady who fed them during months and the crew saved the kitten.
Aw I wish he could be reunited with his mama once he's healed. Like "Mom look at me! I'm strong now!"

This is one of the hardest videos to watch. I lost count how many times I thought one of those poor babies were going to go over the cliff. Poor mama didn’t understand people just wanted to help her and her babies. I’m glad the little guy with the broken leg was saved and will have a chance at a good life. It’s heartbreaking that the others may never have that chance. 😢

Having watched the video, I guess retrospectively, the rescue crew could've left the window to the garage open and tried to bait the whole family to come into the garage, which would have been possible also for the injured kitty and can rescue the whole family. But that's just hindsight....
