When doing this exercise to get the most of the hamstrings should you not tilt your pelvis forward / squeeze glutes ?
Its a bit of both, probably didn't say it in the best manner. You will still want tension on the glutes and think about contracting them. It's just okay to do it from a position of slight anterior pelvic tilt or as you go down in the nordic, expect that some anterior tilting will occur. As you lift out of the position it is a concentric motion so you would expect someone to finish heading towards a posterior pelvic tilt essentially.
