Arugula, along with radish greens are incredibly nutrient dense - fun fact: radish greens are FAR more nutritious than the radish bulbs, and FAR more nutritious than even spinach. I loved this vid ... grow arugula and radish greens people. Your nutritional health is worth it!
A simple alternative is to plant arugula selvatica which is, in my opinion, better tasting. It also has the added benefit of reseeding itself--no special steps are necessary. In fact, I have not planted arugula selvatica in a couple of years because it spreads everywhere on its own.
Well blo me down! I’ve been doing it wrong all these years. I’ve planted arugula in sandy soil for years. I give it to my neighbors who love it. I don’t trim the flowers because it’s next year’s plants. Plus I’ve found a packet of wild arugula sometime ago and it’s flavorful.
If it wasn’t for Jordan letting me know about his products and course, I wouldn’t be enjoying this growing season in 2024 as much as I am. The successes I have enjoyed are so amazing. I have never regretted for one moment using the products and signing up for the grounded course.

Kỹ thuật làm vườn của bạn rất tốt ,cảm ơn bạn đã chia sẻ với mọi người .
Can you transplant the arugula that you pulled out?
You can if you’re careful but not worth it, they will grow poorly and will bolt quickly. I just eat them.
What about pests?
Grounded
Tip number 10: do not waste the seedlings you’re taking out and eat them! They are delicious! 👨🏽🍳
I liked Jordan’s videos better before they all became commercials for his products 😢
This is good feedback! Appreciate you sharing - just trying to find the right balance of creating content and paying the bills :)
