      Sebastian Oreb is my coach. The same coach Hafthor Bjornsson has and he told me to wear my belt like this, it's much more comfortable, I'm stronger and I've never had an injury in 20 years. A belt is for intra abdominal pressure to protect the lower back, wearing it lower down doesn't necessarily have any better benefits. I appreciate your comment though thank you :)

    bro what would be the training program for me for increasing weight in incline dumbbell press ( i can only do 4 reps of 30 kg).my goal is to reach 40 kg on incline

      You need to follow a structured program mate. Train muscles like lats and triceps hard, mainly the inner tricep because it's the main part of the muscle with benching. If you want help check out my Facebook business page Ryan Goligher Personal Coaching :)

      😂 😂 😂 🤦‍♂️ Check out my 135kg bench press and see if I hit my chest. If you seen some people dbell pressing in the gym you'd know what a terrible range of motion is. Look at the length of my press. Honestly man 😂 😂

    My bad 🙈I profoundly apologise to my husband for the spotting, I genuinely thought he was shaking his head for no lift, I'm a powerlifter myself, I should know the drill, in the future I know now to wait till he says "take it", or he presses it, which I know he will, 💪💪♥

      Thanks Felix. It's a good lift for me as I keep getting stronger at it. There was a time when I thought I'd struggle to lift 227.5kg (500lbs) and now I'm aiming at 240kg lol

    That looks like a great bench press. You may have got that rep as well of the spotter didn't grab it so quickly

      It's an amazing bench mate, definitely the best I've ever used. It's an ATX combo rack and has load rack of 750kg so it's a sturdy piece of kit. Yes I felt the rep starting to go up but I'll get it again in the future, just drop back now and build more power.

      He was following a structured program so this was the top set for that days training. Personally I believe he should of went for a personal best that day to break his record of 430kg

      Yes his form isn't the best but it's a working process. Look at Thor's 300kg compared to his 501kg. Technique will improve over time :)

    Oh man thats beautiful, im cutting atm but planed on working up to a 200kg highbar pause squat once im lean enough. Dieting gets hard but seeing squats like this gives me drive to not diviate from my cut to get there asap

      Much appreciated mate. I said to myself before I started the pull that this is gona be tough so don't give up. When I lifted it I was a little shocked at how comfortable it was. I honestly believe I could of pulled the 500lbs that day but that'll be coming soon anyway :)

      Appreciate it mate thanks. I'm getting coached by Andy Bolton at the moment, every week is adjusted according. I've watched a lot of your videos and it's good stuff. I know I'm way off the level of some people my bodyweight but I know a fair bit about training, I just prefer to let Andy do the programming for me so I don't have to overthink anything 😂
