Regarding Max's experience and expertise as a driver, he may have let it go and cover up later. On the Lando side he should calm down and relax a bit.

Verstappen should pay for the damaged he caused on Lando's Mc Laren and should have got a BLACK FLAG for his irresponsible behaviour. This is not the 1st time it happens , he caused a lot of crashes, behause he doesn't admit to be overtaken by another driver. The sad thing about these stupid statements by Norris is that it will probably rain death threats on Verstappen again next week from all sorts of idiot paper tigers behind their computers and it will be no different at Silverstone next weekend. Norris should realise that he is a role model for the world and that this kind of statement shows how immature he still is. With Stella and Brown, too, you can see by their stupid statements (bring Lewis back in with that 2021 case...) that frustration still prevails there. Probably because they haven't been able to build a winning car for years. But boy oh boy... what cheap rhetoric, unbelievable.

It is interesting to see that public opinion (especially in the UK) is now even distancing itself from earlier negative statements about Max. All the forums tumbled over each other last Sunday to pillory Max, but after studying the footage, it now suddenly appears to be something else and it was mainly Norris' completely idiotic driving behaviour that caused the collision. Anyway, the UK still can't swallow that King Lewis was knocked off his throne by Max, there's still a lot of pain there, especially with UK media like Sky Sports. Ridiculous that Max has been so negatively framed. All crybabies there in the UK.

I’m amazed by how nobody is bringing up the onboards. I’m not expert, but Max appears to be pushing the regulations but following them. He set up his car to squeeze Lando before he applied the brakes. Braked in a straight line while leaving a cars widths. Hard racing sure, pushing the limit of course, but I think it’s technically legal. Max didn’t turn left under breaking and Lando turned right. I would love clarification though

Lando, when a car in front of you takes the defensive line into a corner, and you are not alongside by turn-in, that car will always move to the outside in order to maintain exit speed. It is standard practice. As the overtaking driver it was YOUR responsibility to do it safely, not "dive bomb" into the area that you knew he would be. It was actually a repeat of the dive bomb that sent you off the track on the previous attempt. This incident was 100% Lando's mistake.

They were both responsible fir that colission, fact that Norris says not my fault makes him less believeble.

Lando is just learning what the sharp end of F1 really is - so are all of the come-lately DTS fans. The front of F1 was always full of cut-throat shit, from Lauda vs Hunt, to Senna vs Prost, to Schumacher vs Hill, to Hamilton vs Rosberg. The last few years haven’t been that close so everyone has become desensitised to what fighting for P1 is really about - Snowflakes and the It’s-Not-Fair Brigade need not attend. More to come.

Aparently Max didn't steer left as I originally thought but the track went a bit to the right. Peter Windsor pointed this out in his analysis of the race.

NO RESPECT!! Max is a great driver, but he is not a true champion. His lack of care and respect for other drivers is a safety issue for FIA to address. Andrea Stella was correct in saying Verstappens' ill judgement has happened in the past and was not addressed then, and as a result, we will get repeats. It actually goes back to Baku in 2018. Ricciardo was trying to overtake, Max moved twice under brakes, leaving Danny nowhere to go, and both cars were out of the race. Red Bull management are to blame, particularly Helmut Marko who said both were at fault. As a result, Ricciardo said stick your new contract and left Red Bull in 2019. Since then, there have been many more cases of Mad Max ill judgements, childishness, and bad temper. Thank God for halo, saving a true champion, Lewis Hamilton, when Mad Max landed on top of his car.

It''s a shame, Max has let himself down - he was good enought to win without cheating! I'd starting to really warn to Max. - impressed at him as a driver for being better than the Reb Bull! More importantly, I started to respect how he'd matured on track, able to race so hard but fair! - Today I lost that respect and admiration for him as a legendary driver!
