I’m American and I absolutely love this song... it’s painfully beautiful. It’s a reminder that language might be a barrier but suffering is an experience every human being has experience in some way or another.. some more extreme than others.. but it’s also a reminder that music is a language we can understand, a force we feel in our souls and connects every one of us together.. that is undeniable. At times like this, with all of the injustice and suffering immigrants are subjected to here in America, this song affected me deeply. I cannot even begin to imagine what your people have gone through but I thank you for telling your story with this song 💕 Much love from America!
