Shapeless is my most ambitious film project yet. Shot in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland over the course of a year, this movie captures the ever changing environment and essence of canyoning throughout the four seasons.

Hidden underneath the Gamchi glacier lies one of Switzerlands most beautiful canyons. Only possible during October and November. If it´s too warm the water level is too high and if it´s too cold most passages will be covered in ice making it almost impossible to pass. Top stuff 💯 How do you select your music?
That's a great question as selecting the right music is actually the hardest part for me. From time to time I find some interesting tracks via Spotify, RUclips, Friends, etc. and just put them all in a playlist. Then once I have a few clips for my next video I start to listen to those songs with my recent shots in mind and pick out the ones I think fit best to the type of video I want to create. I listen to that selection for a few days and if I'm happy with the idea in my head then I start editing. Most of the time I can tell after a few cuts if the song is right or if I need to find something else

Great footage and nice music👌, but from my opinion, it definitely missed some interviews or voice-over sharing a story. 🤷♂️
Thanks I appreciate the feedback🙂 A voice-over or an interviews didn't really fit the theme I was going for with this film. I really would have loved to put more clips similar to the one at the end of "Summer" into the video but sadly most of my audio sounds horrible through my camera housing and I haven´t found a solution for that just yet. However there are some plans for a more story driven project in the future. Hope you still enjoyed the video😀

Hi Tobias, absolutely love the video, are there any places you went to where you can jump/get to without ropes/abseiling? If not do you know of any guides that go to these places?
Hey Callum, sorry for the late reply. If you are asking about places in Oman then you can always visit Mibam at the end of the road towards Wadi Tiwi. It is a small village with a beautiful waterfall you can easily reach and the locals are very kind. If you are interested in a guided tour you can check out chp_adventure (Mohammed and Abdulaziz) on Instagram. Snake Canyon is a nice tour to start with.
