It's my mission to let you experience the positive effects of a (daily) yoga practice! With my yoga videos I hope to be able to help you to live a happier, healthier, more energetic and balanced life!
Very helpful too if you struggle with an auto-immune disease and/or chronic fatigue and you don't feel so comfortable (yet) in a regular yoga class. From my own experience I know that yoga can help to reduce physical and mental complaints so that your overall wellbeing improves!

Loved this session! Was it particular to any chakra?
That's great, happy you enjoyed it! 💜 It isn't specific to a certain chakra, but the way I see it is that you can focus on the chakra you want to unblock or balance and visualize the way this chakra will heal: fill it with light, love, color or energy on the vibrating sounds of the singing bowls. It is believed that lower tones work on the lower chakras and higher tones on the higher chakras. I hope this helps to deepen your experience and balance your chakras! Wishing you all the best! 🙏
