Naš prvi letošnji potop v eno najlepših Slovenski rek, reko Idrijco. Čeprav smo pričakovali več nas ni razočarala. Vidljivost je bila odlična, temperatura voda +5C pa za januar preveč. Posledično ribe še niso hibernirale in so se nas veselo izogibale. Jo ponovno obiščemo februarja!
Our first dive this year in one of the most beautiful Slovenian rivers, the Idrijca River. Although we expected more, it did not disappoint us. The visibility was excellent, and the water temperature of +5C was too high for January. As a result, the fish had not yet hibernated and were happily avoiding us. We will visit it again in February!

We dived into the deepest canyon of the Drava River (Slovenia) and did an inspection of the condition. The canyon is filled with more silt and trash every year, which is pretty sad. Argo was a former Isle class trawler, probably HMS Flint build in 1942 in Quebeck, Canada for Royal Navy. Isle class trawlers were used as an escort vessel. Golumbera Cave, hidden in the cliffs of the Kamenjak National Park (Croatia), is a wonderful discovery for the rare lucky ones who find it. There is a hole at the top of the cave, so the protruding rays of the sun turn the water into a turquoise fairy tale. The dive through the cave was fabulous!

The Draga was a sand-dredging boat. It sank in the 1960s due to poor weather and overloading that caused a breach in the prow, after which the vessel began to take in water. This wreck is exceptionally rich in fish. Its permanent inhabitants mostly include eels, scorpion fish, lobsters and crabs.
