It's still painful to watch even a few seconds of this wretched piece of work which, thanks to the negligence of a director disregarding every rule of on-the-job safety as well as basic decency just to get a more impressive film shot, resulted in the violent deaths of actor Vic Morrow and the two innocent children he was lugging through a swamp, beneath a low-flying helicopter, with overly-powerful explosions going off all around. And all that's left is an abridged segment in a minor anthology film.

I love this movie but my wife wont watch it because of what happened to Vic and those poor children. Excellent film and Vic was incredible in this role. He took a character who was almost comically racist and made him a real person. Absolute tragedy.
