Is it possible to make a small engine carb like a Keihin PWK 26mm a blow through carb? I’ve seen one video where I guy did it to a mini bike but doesn’t talk about the jetting. He says that he just blocks off a couple of “vents”. Are you willing to explain this? I’m going to continue to watch your videos on carbs for cars but small engine carbs would also be cool.

You have me second guessing my old 4779 Holley that i had laying around for the conversion, i have one of the newer style dominator carbs that is set up for e-85 but not a blow though🤔.
What are your thoughts on running acholic metering blocks on e-85?...Another great video 👍Keepem coming.

Driver error was funny, super badass truck. Thing was rolling. 93mph is good for low 7s in the eighth, think when I set my two step up Ill go off the brake switch with a toggle switch to arm and disarm it edit - did not realize this video was almost 9 years old. time flies!
4:30 Tyson drive by are insane 5:50 must be shooting in the dark on tune up because everything else went down. That red light was about a day early too

Did you wrap the headers by the alternator or is it ok? I’m looking to run the same headers on my 6.0 and would like a low mount alternator
Where did you get your alternator bracket I’ve been trying to find one that fits the turbo headers.
It's a big block bracket that I had around here...that was cut and modified to fit. (You can see there is a home made spacer on the top.) So I really don't know what brand it is...just one we had laying around and made it work.

Yeah I ran fuel injection and timing with it previously...so i just removed the FI side and left the timing controlled with it. That same unit has been in my cars since 2013!

It’s got twin AEM400 pumps now ...but I have a belt drive if I decide to go meth in the future

I was there, camping. Great racing. Why do the blow through cars have huge vents on valve cover and some dont?
It's because these cars are all alcohol...and the produce a bunch of moisture...all of them have vents some are on the side of the valve covers and others vent through the valley pan under the intake.

Yeah I think you're right...they announced it over the loudspeaker as an LS and I didn't get an up-close look at it ...but it does appear to be coyote based.

Great video! Are you still using the dog leg boosters ? Years ago I bought a CSU blow through and it had some very interesting boosters in it . Ps thanks for showing how to do it on your own
Yeah this has standard dog legs in it...I might end up changing them to annular boosters (which is probably what was in your CSU) if there is a fueling problem...but gonna start with these and see how far they'll get us. Thanks for watching.

Did you install boost reference power valve in both primary and secondary???
No this has a block off in the rear...so going to see how that works out...may have to change it for dual boost reference PV...we'll see how this works to start with.
