Gaw dawg. First Ford announces the performance tune, and now I see this is finished. I'm assuming tips will be available in a kit? I got the intercooler from Fenix, but need calls intake and exhaust setup!

When you dyno, just disconnect 1 rear abs sensor wire from back of wheel. 2wd or rear wheel will only engage. That's how I dynoed mine.👍

I just installed mine with a mate, very happy with it but that template is absolutely shithouse, it should run from the door line so its and easy to just stick on and trace
will it void my warrenty in US?
looks good, but, what the heck is it for ? surely not for going deep into water, that would screw up the interior of the truck.
Hey speeddemon, for brief water crossings, beach driving etc, the factory intake point is from the wheel arch, or in the radiator intake area, this moves it up to cleaner, cooler & drier area. Check out our website for pics of them in use.

Never said theirs was any better. But as far as intake "airboxes" go, this is about 4x the going rate of just about any car ive ever seen that didnt have mclarain, lambo, bmw, mercedes, audi etc etc in front of its name. Its a ranger bro. We arent rich AF, this is a blue collar car, and even then I would say its on the higher end of what blue collar types go for. My focus RS intake was about 300 bucks. My 370 nismo intake was about 250, and they were considered the pricy options. Nowhere did I say this wasnt a badass product, but these days people just arent going to tollerate a 1200 us dollar CAI before shipping when rents up 21%, groceries are up 29%, utilities are up 41%, do I need to say more?

I have emailed and registered my interest. Been hanging out for this since you guys first started! Looked at other systems but really wanted to wait for you guys.
Did you try Running HKS, TRUST OR APEXI style cannons at the end of the exhaust outlets to deepen the tone and remove the fart raspyness. The exhaust design essentially becomes a musical instrument.
What was the sound like and the after dyno tune reading after the exhaust was done KW ? What size rims and tyres did you put on it and offset rims ? mmmm
Will this fit on a 2023 cannon XRS that has the factory fitted one, As its so noisy the factory version
put cannon on eco mode for 2wd
Put the cannon in "ECO" mode. for no full time 4wd. goes 2wd im pretty sure.

Just watched these videos last night, went to the website & then wandered where the hell the exhaust was. . .
It turned into a much bigger project than we initially had planned. We didn't want to bring something half done to market, and the result is something we are well and truly proud of.

Does the valve add to the performance?
Generally not, however, in higher boost applications the factory units can bleed off pressure, the Turbosmart units are much better quality than OEM. surprised you guys haunt bought a right angle drill. plus im surprised you aren't using a pilot hole first, will keep your bigger drill bits sharper for longer. not surprised with the safety glasses on the head not over the eyes while drilling though
