That said, i recall this being a morning programme, before bagpuss and such like?? But life was clearly so much better ‘in the old days’……?!😂🙄

I’m older and loved these Japanese vintage radios and gadgets. You had to be there in the 70s snd 90s when these units were being new and sold. They are still amazing bc they don’t make these cool things for the average consumer anymore. All the cool stuff now cost a fortune and only a few could afford them.

So sir, the windo on the back is for the frame number displayed on the backing paper of the film to see how far to advance. You leave it closed when your shooting and open it when your advancing. Has nothing to do with exposure. It is a model 517-16 and the in the middle settings don't mean anything because the exposure attitude is small and even miniscule variations within the light coming in the lense, can make you picture over or under exposed. You must always meter the scene first with this camera. So some research. Hope this helps!

I have some of these brand new in the box. The space at the top that is missing is for the belt clip. With external antennas these phones will go 5 miles plus. Tamagowa made quite a few different models of these phone. They did a car phone version with a 70km range.
