It seems that there may be some room for improvement in the download process of the playbook, as it appears to be more complex than necessary. Your presentation, on the other hand, is clear and straightforward. Perhaps there is an opportunity to streamline the process and make it more user-friendly.

Thanks Pineapple Crush - research from Gartner says that 83% of B2B buying is now done digitally - research, reviews etc. That only leaves 17% of their time that they talk to a salesperson. Assuming they talk to three separate suppliers means that as a salesperson I might only get 5 or 6% of their time. The 83% is where you win. Please note, however, that it's not enough to get to the top of page 1 - your website then needs to convert them into a warm lead for sales to then close. You will start to get results after 3 months and it will be paying for itself in 6-9 months. The opportunity is huge because most salespeople are selling the same way they did before the internet came along. Good luck with your businesses.

Refreshing to hear a sales-based video that presents facts and discusses solutions. Most sales training videos on RUclips consist of gravel-voiced Americans puffing their chests out and pointing aggressively at the camera bellowing motivational platitudes. I worked at a hotel was train well for this. But all i learn is the assholes customer gets there way. And the one that stays polit gets nothing. Its your system is broken. If anger wouldnt get rewarded people would stop do it. At the hotel i was getting train and a customer was upset that we didnt take cash only credit cards. And she stayed calm and offert solutions. So when the guy decide to ask his friend for his credit. He took and through it in her face. And she stayed calm and still he went online and wrote in review that She through the card in HIS face! Stop rewarding assholes!
There is no way you are ever going to make a sociopathic customer happy. They are in it to screw you out of your product or getting something for free. You can't win with these people. All the "listening" in the world isn't going to help.
Customers from hell are those who don't pay. Sending them boxes of fucking chocolates is bollix!

Your quality of production is great including video and audio, but the way you speak is just kind of boring. If you could make your speaking and overall presentation more engaging, then you could become very popular!
