I've been carrying my PDP SF Compact for a few months now. I came from a Q4 SF which I absolutely love. I said I didn't need to do the trigger on the PDP SF but I actually did it anyway and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. My Q4 SF, when I bought it, had 2,000 rounds put through it in a month since it was my first Walther last year in August. So that trigger broke in hella well. This one on the PDP SF wasn't nearly as good out of the box as the Q4 SF was and especially not after break in. I sport a Trijicon RMR RM06 which is the 3.25 MOA dot and a Forward Control Design plate. Which has been my go to for several years for Glocks and their RDS. Been on Glock, HK, and SIG since 2008. New-ish to Walther and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am about them.

I’ve had mine now for about 5 months…and a thousand rounds or so fired. Soooo easy to shoot, minimal recoil, accurate as heck.

I noticed when u present and shoot, u lean slightly to the left. Is that just natural or was that taught? Obviously it works for u but it is interesting. Hell maybe u don’t even notice it.

Even though i can look this up myself i just wanted to ask if you could get this in 40cal?

I just picked one up the other day and took it to the range yesterday. I direct mounted a 507K and, she shoots! Five rounds from 5 yards in one hole! A couple of quick notes. In order to direct mount a holosun, you have to either use a mounting plate which raises the optic slightly… I would guess about a 16th of an inch or, you can Dremel/file the rear nubs off of the slide. Keep in mind, if you go that route, you need to treat the bare steel with either paint or cold blue it. I personally went with the cold blue method. That said, you can still use the iron sites. Should your optic ever fail if you go this route… plus, if you use a holosun, you’re not stuck with a piece of crap shield optic! Lol

I have the same comp but I’m still waiting on the barrel because Springfield sent me the hellcat pro barrel instead of the echelon threaded barrel 😭

Love my Q4 SF... It's in my home defense rotation.. And you're spot on about metal guns and heat. I ran my P365 AXG Legion through a course and put about 300 rounds through it in 90 degree NC heat and she got a little warm

Whats a decent budget upper that'll pair with this lower no problem. Im not trying to spend much but i need the ambi lower since i can barely see from my right eye
