Tokoi and Masaru Setsumaru are the 2 composers of Sonic Jam's new music. Some Kenichi Tokoi music I would recommend as reference are The Noisy Roars Of Wilderness in Daytona USA: Championship Circuit Edition and General Offensive ...for Sky Deck from Sonic Adventure. If you can find it, definitely SonicAdventure_JINGLE_E as well.
