I gotta say Halloween at Disney land Has lots of original rides that can be turned into Halloween ride versions of their own!

Man, they really got started on Frightmares super early! Looking forward to it. I went up to Silverwood Amusement Park in Couer D'alene Idaho for their Halloween event, Scarywood, and wow, it was probably the best haunt Ive ever been to. If you ever go up to northern Idaho I highly reccomend it

By the way, with Cliffhanger, a lot of people say it was going to be replaced, I can ensure you, it's not anytime soon. I operate cliffhanger regularly, and anytime it's down it's because a switch was turned too soon, or the attendant took their foot off the pedal while the ride is in operation. It's almost always operator error. What Lagoon has been doing is putting people who know how to run the ride better on Cliffhanger and keeping people who keep breaking it off it, though there are not many people who really know how to run cliffhanger right now as it opened maybe a month ago, it's just been fusterating with people with lack of knowledge of the ride, but in my opinion, it's been slowly getting better.

I work at Lagoon, but I've not heard anything about the peacock parlor. The swings on the other hand, yeah, they won't be open this season.

I already did if you don’t believe me I will tell you about it so the fast thing is that you have to wait in line and then you will be able to sit in the back of the front and then the helpers will make sure the thing that holds you is tight because it might feel like your about to fall off and then you will start going and then there’s like a blanket but not huge just a blanket and then it will go up and then you will start going forward and then you will think bro what is this is lame BUT IF YOU LOOK UP you’re gonna notice that your gonna go up and then when you go up you will see the view and then you will be like oh no oh no oh no I don’t wanna DO THISSSSS and then you will start going forward and then DROP SO FAST that all of you guys will start screaming so yeah it was so scary for me I almost fainted

Fun fact: On a school Field Trip me and my Friend got the record on the Save the Planet Game, We Did this a year ago and i came back last week and we were still in 4th place of all time.

I haven’t seen cliffhanger going in 3 years. My brother used to work maintenance back when it was newer. He said it wasn’t designed to run with water, which is why they have to do work on it so often. I wish they would replace it with something more reliable.

Just had to comment, your camera shots are so good! 📷Also, whoever held the camera while you were showing off the food and eating did a great job at keeping the camera steady. Steady cam shots can very easily be shaky. ❤

This is the scariest ride at the park in my opinion 😂 it’s so slow and calm but that is so giant for a Ferris wheel 🎡 when it stops at the stop and everyone wants to spin it I can’t stand it! It doesn’t feel safe! 😂😂

The white roller coaster had always been my favorite just because of how old it is and how it is still so much fun!😂😂 nothing beats the cannibal experience tho!

I remember riding Cliffhanger in 2002. It was such a great ride, nothing like it is today. I wish they would just replace it with a new one and actually do proper maintenance this time

So my grandfather Dal was one of the head engineers of this park and he was the one who designed Cannibal. Even though he retired after Cannibal he still played a part in Primordial. I’ve asked him about the whole log ride situation and he says that they’re looking at several different things like another museum, a restaurant, or a sitting area to put there.

Great video as always! I would say my favorite part about Frightmares is both the sights n smells and the shows. Thank you for putting all these video’s together. I feel like your quality of videos has always been really nice but they seem to me to be going up!

I saw lagoon comment on somebody’s post speculating about the future of the log flume site and unfortunately they confirmed that the replacement will not be another log flume attraction :( somebody else’s post on here contradicts that though, so I’m not sure anymore.

One idea I could throw around for the log ride area is a flume/coaster ride, where some of the ride is in a canal and some on coaster tracks, and then it would have a couple of splashdowns. The haunted houses here are fun, but honestly, I’d like to see them change them up a little. I’m planning a Southern California trip this October to visit all the theme parks for their Halloween stuff. I’m thinking of trying Universal Halloween Horror Nights this time, because it sounds legit.

Hey, madawg here again. I'm the one who was telling you about cliffhanger, samurai, and swings. Just wanted to tell you that I spoke with a security guard that said they were going to do another log flume, and it was somehow going to go back over the rattle snake rapids area. I don't know how true that is, but it sounds freakin awesome!!

Yay! Love that the swings are coming back together, our family loves riding the space scrambler while watching the hackenslash show during frightmares!
