I wish I had known
can i do this sciatic nerve block for piriformis syndrome?
YUP, I didn't even realize it, but suddenly it hit me… I was actually letting it flow after the movies, my best guess is that when I go'ogled Beck Reznark's guide and read it, something changed inside me. Can’t quite explain it, it’s been months, I can’t believe I even had paruresis to begin with.
Perfect
❤
Awesome. Thanks a lot
On Chest xray can I use this PLD x 20 formula also?

A Tiny little person jumping on a trampoline! Such a good tip
Any New Studies or research related to this?
Good video , when E>A can we just compare the peak velocity during early and late diastole to their mean normal values respectively to decide whether it is diastolic dysfunction
Such a great tutorial. Thanks for sharing it.
I Just had this procedure done to me about an hour ago. I'm not gonna lie, it was a bit painful so don't be afraid to ask for more numbing. Hopefully this stops the constant pain in my shoulder and I won't need a shoulder replacement.
I am afraid this is not a treatment, only a diagnostic process.
Beautifully explained! Can't be any better! Thank you so much!
Great case but the heart rate is more like 184 not 125.

Have you seen patients with a clogged subclavian artery or aneurysm??? If so what were their symptoms??
I believe there is more mitral regurgitation here than we see on that clip and it causes LA dilatation. IMHO there is no significant mitral stenosis here - as you said anterior leaflet is moving well. Still it is an interesting case, fortunately as an cardiology resident in developed country I’m not really familiar with rheumatic heart disease
Thank you for making this video!Minute 1:55, both appear to be without lung sliding.
Amazing lecture. So helpful.
