Stoke would probably still be decent if the football ground was still near the city centre keeping everyone on their toes sort of thing. Putting the ground on the other side of the D road was a really bad decision for tourism imo.

I've lived here in Stoke on Trent for nearly 64yrs and I never been so ashamed as what its gone like. 25-30 years ago it was a "community" everyone had a closeness and the city and pubs were booming. Saddened by what I see now. These scrots would NOT have got away with that they would of disappeared..

Best advice is don’t take hands of the bike and if u do take only one had of and cover the keys and ride of but ur super lucky they didn’t pull a knife out on u. In my area ppl can’t even own them cuz they get robbed so often the police don’t even care now. Great video tho

Mate, as a cyclist and an e-biker, you're the kind of rider that gives us all a bad name, you're on and off pavements / the road, cutting straight across the road in front of traffic, going towards the wrong way on one-way roads... try actually following the flow of traffic in the road cos you'll end up over a bonnet,

Stoke is stuck between Birmingham and Manchester that suck in investment and people, it has zero chance of any investment or any hope. The best thing would be to decommission the place and relocate the population to places that have some future. By the way your driving especially on the pavements is completely reckless and unnecessary.

I live in Stoke on trent, have done all my life and im 42years old. Yeah i would agree its gone downhill over the years, but people dont know why it has ended up this way. Well first off we had an amazing nightlife scene, people traveled to stoke for it from far and wide, yet police and councils killed it. Hanley town is dead, because council leaders made very poor decisions, we had the garden festival in the 80s, but that site has become mostly retail, as for all these areas he visited and people saying they would be scared,ive worked all over the uk and i would walk alone down any of those streets day or night, some people need grow a pair.
