RBA offers more than one window and one door. I would suggest visiting a showroom for examples. A good rule of thumb is to average approximately $3,780 per RBA window installed when taking the average of all the windows in a home large and small. Any other pricing methodology and you will pass out from sticker shock at the end. So if you have 15 windows, some large, some small expect the pricing to be around $56,700.

Supplier is rude to talk to, and poor (authorized) installer has hit a brick wall. These Pella windows are nothing but junk as well as Pella themselves will not tell you the problems and lawsuits that they have going on. Do not purchase them.

I have just had 5 wood clad casements installed. Well sort of. They started in October. The installer ran out of casing material and 2 windows were damaged. One required a new sash. After they left, I inspected the install and found that all the trim wood and jamb extensions were extremely rough finished. Since that time there is still no resolution for the problem. They haven't replaced the damaged sash or corrected the bad finish. Still no casing on the last window. They only job well done was the accountant that called for 2 weeks trying to get the final 5% payment. We have been working around bare windows with no blinds for 2 months and will probably still not have it resolved any time soon. They seem to be incapable of making any corrections without corporate approval. The problem is all of the product (wood trim and jambs) from the factory are finished poorly and replacements just dont fix it. So corporate is the problem. The sash is a quality item of aluminum and fancy glass. The rest is kind of mass produced poorly constructed add ons. Not happy at all and no real solution in sight. Dont believe the adds. They install a mass produced mediocre quality product and dont really care if they fix it or do it right. They get enough in the first 2 installment payments to cover their costs, so if the rest is lost they are still ahead. It is a shame that even the most reputable companies have forgotten how to provide quality and service. I am not asking for a lot, just what I paid for.

Would you recommend Ideal Majestic ove Provia Endure double hung window. Also would you say triple pane over double pane is worth the extra price. We live in southeastern PA so winters not too harsh of late.

My friend used them and they were foggy and leaky within a year. Go with Renewal by Andersen. I did and I have no regrets. More expensive, yes. But worth it if you want it done right

I had RBA windows put in Florida for about 3300 per window but it was definitely worth it. They look beautiful, they don't leak unlike the vinyl windows, in my energy bill dropped tremendously. No regrets! I had friends who had Window World and they were leaking and foggy within a year

HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

the salesman at my location has lied to me for 1week keeps saying hes coming to measure for new windows but hes cancelled on us 4times now and today didnt text or show up no call no show but they did 5 windows for us already....not sure whats going on

New construction Anderson windows are great windows. Expect to pay for them. I am not a fan of Renewal by Anderson, they are over priced for "replacement" windows. Work with a reputable professional for replacement alternative brands. They are just as good and you'll save thousands.

Andersen doesn’t answer their phone. When the finally got back to me they explained that they do not have their own installers for their windows in the Reno area. So essentially their advertisement of having all parts of the window installation process is a lie.

I was quoted $33k to replace 23 windows Anlin brand. That’s crazy!!

Total trash for windows stay away from them.

Prices are through the roof. Call somebody else. They are all about the financing option. Regardless if I’m paying 60 a month for 7 YEARS it adds up. When a company will come in and do it for a quarter of their price

They are not a good company price wise. I can tell you that for sure. They are all about their financing. The prices are way above the price you should be paying to replace a window or door. I was quoted 10000 for a regular front door I can replace for less than 1000

Universal of Windows Direct of Charlotte installed all of our home windows nearly 10 years ago. The windows are just 'OK' as far as quality is concerned, but even though I've bought their cheap windows, they continue to harass me with advertising mail on a regular and frequent basis. I've called the local office and their corporate office more times than I can count, and still I continue to receive their useless ads. Is it really that difficult to be removed from a mailing list? Sometimes something so simple can tell one all they need to know about the company behind it! I won't be using or recommending their products or services again.

I think it would be a good idea to talk about impact ratings when you review windows as that is a major concern in some regions of the country that experience hurricanes and tornadoes. Definitely talk about warranties also. Great unbiased channel 👍🏼

Andersen windows are great windows but don’t buy them from RBA, a local installer can install you Andersen windows for about 1/3 less of the price

They quoted me 70k for 18 windows it took all my strength to politely escort the salesmen out and not bury him in my backyard

Had Andersen Series 100 windows (recommended for high heat areas) installed in my new home. Three of the windows now have extensive cracks on the sashes and the glazing beads have fallen off. I have contacted Andersen numerous times, they sent out a field rep and refuse to take care of the problem. The cracks pictured below are just a very few (20-30) of them and they are continuing to get worse as Andersen pretty much said too bad. Come on Andersen make this right! So much for limited lifetime guarantee.

They are not good. They local Renewal people would not honor the warranty. Leaked from day one. Lied too from day one.
