@@Winterascent Not in the off-road desert, with no utilities. It's not arable (for food) and it's not livable (by code) without MAJOR expense and improvements.

@@Winterascent Some of the wells now in New Mexico commonly cost more than $10,000 (or more, easily). That is presuming you can even find clean, drinkable water under that ground.

You can call Valencia County zoning at 505-866-2050 to determine if it is buildable and there is a Walmart about a 15 minute drive away from this lot.

There is electricity on route 60 but most in the area have solar panels or batteries. There is no water but most in the area purchase a 500 gallon tank or drill a well.
