This is the first video that comes up when I search th1 vs th2. The video doesn't even address tregs + th17 in the image the whole time. half the video is spent talking about "stimulants" (agonists) for certain pathways, but doesn't bother to give a single example. Let alone the "short term" vs "longterm" error at 4:00ish minutes. Its a great attempt to clear the subject, don't get me wrong, but it focuses way too much on pinning diseases to autoimmune / TH1 and doesn't actually address T cell subtypes at all.

Very good video until you allude to herbs solving Th1 vs Th2 dominance. If there is good evidence for herbs solving things like Hashimoto's, please support this claim with evidence. I don't think there is.

How does the hygeine hypothesis make sense, the fact that it increases the amount of autoimmune diseases if autoimmune diseases are TH1 dominant. Surely the hygiene hypothesis would decrease autoimmune diseases?

Hi Doc, this is Minerva Rios i just see your video and my doctor said that i have 220 in cholesterol LDL is 133 and the cholesterol 220 and the triglycerides is 150 plus a thyroid she said is to high and now she tell me i have to used a 75mg of Euthyrox so that's my Levothyroxin I'm confused so i don't know What should I do about this?
