The music is stock trailer music, it's not from the game. This is an HD upload of footage that's already online, but with at least three fewer IGN watermarks.
While this footage was shown off at E3 2003, this version of Transformers was rebooted in late January to early February 2003. Not sure why this version is being shown off five~ months later, but I'm not complaining.
I've chosen not to date this footage as the E3 date is clearly incorrect, but it's impossible to determine when this build was made.

Turns out this cutscene works perfectly fine, unlike the two Shannon boss fight cutscenes in Stage 6, Room 02 which have a tendency to crash the game or at least cause the game to run incredibly slow. I assume it's due to a lot of assets outright not existing or not being loaded in correctly. Regardless, this cutscene exists in its entirety without lipsyncing. The Stage 7 beginning cutscene see...
