today this device is listed on Amazon as compatible with Samsung and Apple devices. Did something change? nvm- I see it says the right pad only charges Samsung.

Yep, glad someone is also having problems with this thing. I've went through 3 of these controllers. First ones bumpers stopped working then the triggers got squeaky and stiff, the second ones left stick couldn't be pushed in and the same problems for the bumpers and triggers and the third one has the same bumper and trigger problems and the right thumbstick now has drift... not even my 7 year old joy con's are this fucked up and I play my switch extensively outside and some times on my couch or bed 😅

Great review, I wish they offer accessories on the future, as different / better cases, PBT keycaps, software improvements (I would love to see a Linux version), etc. I bought the A75 and the Wooting 60 he, I'm not a gamer, but I like the hall effect technology. The A75 looks very promising, one good point is that they decided for a 75% layout.

I have kept this controller in pristine condition only for its battery to almost die just after a year. It can’t be used without plugging it. For £150 this is really poor.

I think the problem with the thumb sticks becoming loose is that there adjustable. ALPS makes this joystick module. I think there model ELM5. I was thinking about putting on normal joystick modules with out the tension adjustment. The nice thing about these controllers is that they self calibrate so when installing new POts they center on there own with no manual adjustment needed.
