How long are your training sessions?
I use poliquin step ups as a warm up ( replacement for treadmill) when I workout at home

Came to see some gym content. Left because of religion talk. But hey, thats just me. Good things god. Bad things God. Got it, buuut, if god is ALL good...then? Why so much bad?. Ore do you mean, god all good, but humans bad?. But god created us. But i guess we fell? Ore he lett us fell? He must have let us fall because he knew it would happend and still did it that way?. You want to find a level that doesn't do more damage. Maybe backwards walking first then these exercises

How many women would get on one knee and lean against a wall stretching their quad for several minutes as you film her. I just leave it completely off. No need for incline. You can just go faster as you get stronger.
