Yeah, personally I'm not a big fan of carpet myself. There's a lot of carpet in Florida though. They also have a lot of LVP and tile; it just depends on price points and location and such. Thanks for watching
i've heard owning a house in FL is expensive & becoming more expensive. i don't see the longterm appeal due to hurricanes, tropical storms, & high home insurance. But that is just my opinion for people looking for a place to live longterm. find a place that is affordable for you & not so damaged prone (bc of hurricanes, tropical storms, etc)

I have never seen a house in Florida with carpet
Yeah, personally I'm not a big fan of carpet myself. There's a lot of carpet in Florida though. They also have a lot of LVP and tile; it just depends on price points and location and such. Thanks for watching

Thanks for watching. I like the Location of Citrus Springs for sure. It is rural but not to far away from Dunnellon or Citrus County. It is also fast Growing.
Cheap builds ie: Plastic molded Tub surrounds, Small Bedrooms, Minimal Storage possibilities .
This builder really was cheap!! Small cabinets, showers with no tiles, carpets in bedrooms, small bedrooms and closets.
Those are some beautiful homes but I wonder do the Builder build those homes in Marion Oaks if you don't mind you can let me know thank you but I love the Holmes❤

Very nice homes but the surrounding jungles could and probably will become a nightmare to maintain.

Do you have anything in Haines City? Looking for a three bedroom about 2500 sq ft with good land space. Huge master, closets and water toilet. What's your take on Haines??? Can't afford to go too close to the action, but don't want to be all the way in the sticks...:)

I bought mine in 2019 for 129k ,doing renovations,it is now appraised at 185k and I'm not finished with restoration yet.I will sell within the next few years and probably buy one in Marion.

Looking for a lake and boat launching area
There is Lake Rousseau. That's not far from Citrus Springs. You can put in at the dam on Lake Rousseau. There is also the Withlacoochee River and the Rainbow River in Dunnellon.
