If your address is already mentioned, you can skip that instruction. They might've asked to write if it was not mentioned. Or contact Customer Care if you still have any doubt.

Hi! I am not sure if they will refund to your new CC, it's better that you discuss with the Customer Care- open the Amazon App, click the 3 horizontal line on the bottom right corner then scroll down and you will see the Customer Care option (below Settings option). Click that, then select the item that you want to refund or have a query then click any reason under 'Okay, how can I make this right?' . Again scroll down, you will see 'I need more help' - click on that. Finally select - 'Start chatting now' or 'Request call now'. Hope this helps!

If you are returning within 30 days of the receipt of the item then you don't need to pay any delivery charges.

If 'Return eligible' was mentioned under the product then you won't be charged. In my case it was free and I believe mostly it's free; however, do check under the item if something else is mentioned.

@@yogesh_sahadevan I have never heard of any deductions, it's the full amount including taxes unless there is an exception mentioned.

Just to be on the safe side unwrap and put the barcode in it... Keep your fingers crossed if you have already returned the package! I am unsure regarding pasting the barcode of the package itself; it may cause some confusion while shipping but again not sure about this.

Don't worry about that, ask them ' if you can please process this Amazon return' . Also you can inform them that this product was eligible for a free return. (Return policy is mentioned below the 'Add to Cart/ Buy Now icon) That's it! They won't be asking anything else if your product is eligible for return.😊

Yes you can use any other box or get a box from Canada Post!

Nope! It's mentioned on their App " Amazon.ca and most sellers on Amazon.ca offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment."

Take your product and go to Canada Post, they have everything like the box, bubble wrap etc. I believe they will charge you some $s for the packaging stuff or you can ask your nearby grocery store if they have an extra box. I hope it helps!😇

how do you attach an invisible QR code to a package going through the mail? how does your postal service track packages if they are not clearly identifiable? Answer: it's not possible. someone down the line must print *something* and stick it on the box. *You* might not be printing out anything at home, but your postal carrier is definitely printing something (like a QR code) and sticking it to the box...how else would they be able to identify and deliver boxes after drop off?? do you think Mary Poppins uses some magic umbrella to fly your mail to its destination?? c'mon, use common sense. in Canada, our postal carrier doesn't have an agreement with Amazon to do that.. which makes sense cuz why use taxpayer funded resources to pay for the paper and printing costs when only a relatively small percentage of tax payers are returning Amazon products ... So in the UK, there is no "paperless" returns or lesser costs to the environment... all you're doing is passing the responsibility and costs to your postal service....(which in the end, is paid for by tax payers, no?...yeahh...real smart 😂)

Nope! It can be a plastic package too, like an amazon plastic package (waterproof=extra protection against damage)

Of course you will if the product is eligible for a refund! It will take a week probably for the refund amount to reflect in your bank statement.

Sometimes you get a separate bar code and sometimes you don't. If you haven't received one, it's simple, just skip that barcode thing. I recently returned an item and didn't receive an extra barcode for it, it was on the return label itself; hence, no issues!

17 sep means- you can return any time between Aug 19(today) and Sep 17. Hence, in your case do it as soon as possible as amazon will not accept returns after Sep 17. I am glad you find it helpful 😇

All returns for Amazon will be done in the same way... The difficult part is when you buy a mattress and you open it..you will have to vacuum out the air and roll it back just like how it was delivered, same case with any heavy or large item.
