There have been many adaptions of the Chosen One's adventures over the last fifty years. But this one is my favorite. While the musical adaption of the Chosen One's adventure takes extreme liberties with histories, frankly Marcus's solo outing with the Reno working girl is a cinematic farce, Frank Horrigan's outing is truly one of the most memorable in cinema history.
Imagine being a brotherhood knight walking on the bottom floor of the ocean in a suit of power armor, and you find this massive steel wreckage stuck in the ground. Sprawling out as if it had bursted out from within, and the beams are just tall enough to stick out the surface of the water hundreds of feet above you. And in the center of the wreck buried in the sand, is a lone power armor helmet with radio still playing a faint instrumental, but you feel as if there should be words to something so profound. And end up just moving on for more scraps of technology
I'm late to the party, but this is, in my opinion, a good use of AI for songs. Fictional characters that can't really sing it themselves (disregarding the voice actors) are acceptable, but what happened with Jschlatt and everything was just awful. AI should not and cannot replace art. But this, this is good. It's a good way to showcase the art a living human made while also being able to tell a story. Good work :)
1m Edit: 🎉Dang it 8 people that finished watching all at once and ruined my screenshot, but everyone else HELL YEAH ON HITTING A MILLION!!!🎉 Almost at a million, 999.877k, almost there Edit:999.900 I'm waiting :999.938. I will be here :45 to go... :27 bro ... : WE'RE 10 AWAY!! :12:46, 999,999 :come on we need 1 more! Come on stop trolling one more?!!!
Things like this make me wish that Bethesda would remake the first two games. Not as top down games but first person shooters. For interactions that require talking they could use the original audio, but touch it up. Except for the “where is your power armor” bit. It’s too classic to fix
If they ever make a Fallout movie for the first 2 games, in 2 they should have Frank Horrigan sing this while cutting to & from the Chosen One killing Enclave soldiers. They should also tweak his story to make him a prewar survivor who is tragically tortured & experimented on to become the perfect soldier unable to disobey the Enclave until his final moments
Lyrics: And now, the end is near And so I face the final curtain My friend, I'll say it clear I'll state my case, of which I'm certain I've lived a life that's full I traveled each and every highway And more, much more than this I did it my way Regrets, I've had a few But then again, too few to mention I did what I had to do And saw it through without exemption I planned each charted course Each careful step along the byway And more, much more than this I did it my way Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew When I bit off more than I could chew But through it all, when there was doubt I ate it up and spit it out I faced it all, and I stood tall And did it my way I've loved, I've laughed and cried I've had my fill, my share of losing And now, as tears subside I find it all so amusing To think I did all that And may I say, not in a shy way Oh, no, oh, no, not me I did it my way For what is a man, what has he got? If not himself, then he has naught To say the things he truly feels And not the words of one who kneels The record shows I took the blows And did it my way Yes, it was my way
Fallout is absolute cinema
First cell, thenschlatt, then droids know frank, this song is the goat no matter who sings it
if you know your going to die and theres no way to stop it, why not go out with a song?
He's joining Cell in the "My Way Death Scene Club"
It's so touching.... You can even say that it was *perfect.*
In the span of one day I've went from thinking this was just pure comedy to understanding how Frank Horrigan feels. Truly transcendent shitpost.
This reminds me of perfect cells death in Dragon Ball abridged
The fact that i sung this while running away from home and police from getting me bc im depressed

Atleast he aint turning in a dreadnought, right?
This is fallout, not Warhammer 40k
The voice of a angel.. of DEATH
I like to think that there are orchestra enclave soldiers off-screen, just vibing and playing the instruments
Я РЫДАЮ ВНАТУРЕ(((((

The enclave soldiers who just tuned in to the enclave radio that frank overrided to sing one last song
Rest In Peace
I like to think this is the most human Frank felt in years. Not a shred of regret and a sense of welcoming to finally being able to rest.
Frank"courage...honer....duty..... simplifiiiiiiiii.....sigh...errrr"
Its semper fi not simplifier

should be in a rework, just you can hear the song outside faintly. If you listen to all of it, you get a special award. Now thats some good stuff.

So close to 1 million views 🎉🎉🎉🎉
We're there
Stunning and brave
Lest we forget Frank's 10 Charisma.
You can hear his real voice at the end without the mask
“Frank I am sorry I can’t carry you to safety!” “Don’t worry just promise me one thing.” “Yeah what is it?” “Kiss America goodbye for me.”

He really did do it his way

You know I never played this game but this song makes me ask are we the bad guys in this game?
No, the Enclave wants to kill everyone who never grew up in their organization.
Just play fallout 2
@@jodo4661That makes them the heroes
If they ever remake the older fallout games. I hope they make them aswell as RE did. Horrigan deserves 110%.

This is playing over the speakers of the oil rig as it slowly falls apart in slow motion
And so I face, the final countdown.
Well, I guess its off to Chicago.
He passes the Charisma check but failed the Dexterity check
it feels like supposed to be a joke but actual art
Art
Ik he ain't real but when he sang, it touched my heart
