I love exploring the apocalypse. Always fun to see what other authors/creators imagine.
.. decent story, ending could have wrapped up MUCH better though.
I live in Murphy nc love that this story is about places close to my home. Great story.

I knew Ben would die in the battle. When the battle was over and he wasn’t mentioned yet, I knew, however, I balled anyway.

One coronal mass ejection and it's the same thing. This happens every few hundred years (one of sufficient magnitude) None of our energy plants are shielded against this. Oops.

No to be a negative Nancy but “John” is such a broken and weak man in this episode that I really got annoyed with him and am wondering why just do kill him off… He’s become empty shell and only a shadow of him former self both morally and intellectually, smh!
considering he has dealt with 5 years of the worst possible situations. not surprising. It can break the toughest people down quickly.

We left behind 1000s of brand new night vision equipment in Afghanistan. Along with 85 Billion in other equipment. Oh well. Good for the military industrial complex. Refer to around 55:00 for context.

I’m enjoying this story so much.The characters are very likeable and I love the twists and turns in the plot.I’ve already listened to the first 2 twice and the first book is definitely my favourite.

Great story, but the narrators inflections when speaking in character is bothersome.it seems either exaggerated or completely wrong emotion,jmo.
