I love my a7c. Cine1 with custom settings has the best result in low light. There is a good video on that by Geoffrey Gonzales as well on the a7iii which has the same sensor.
5:50 I believe determination/putting in your 10,000 hours and having a teachable spirit... those things are the key to being successful. Success in filmmaking is much different than being born with the talent of singing or physical ability. You can acquire a taste, a style, and then use it to tell stories in that unique way. That's the cool part-anyone can learn to paint or make films or take photos. It will look different for everyone but its all learned! IMO.

Great content and nice to see you improve your craft. My little two cents. Get the monopod with tree little legs at the bottom. Makes a great difference with video without a tripod or gimbal etc.

The thing about A7C is its single card slot. I'm not sure if its worth the investment for a camera in 2022 that has only 1 sd card slot. Other than that, this camera has features enticing enough that I'm less interested in the A7 III which has dual sd card slots. The only way to resolve this is if I drop an extra $1000 and go for the A7 IV. This is Sony's scheme to gimp the A7C. I'm still leaning toward Sony over Canon because of the affordability of their 3rd party lens options from Sigma and Tamron. Do you shoot paid work with the A7C as the main cam? I'm guessing the only tactic to alleviate this issue is to purchase multiple smaller sized SD cards, and constantly switch them out quickly during shoots so as to reduce the risk of losing the entire day of shoot if one card fails.

Beautiful work and love the voiceovers. Subscribed! I've been looking at the A7C and maybe the Tamron 17-28mm to replace my GH5 and 8-18mm. Looking for something with good autofocus, image quality and as small and light as I can go. Was hoping for the GH6 but just don't think it's it.
