is there a specific mode that riot devs are compelled to play such as unrated and swiftplay which are the two most common ways people stumble across rioters?

a riot dev was in my swift play and I top fragged went crazy and wasn't talking much but would give comms and didn't get one very sad but it honestly was really fun to play with them

2 days ago I met Riot Dev in swiftplay I asked about buddy how he get one and can I get one and I was 2nd and he was third in fragging , I thought he would gift me the buddy or atleast accept my friend req none of the these happened

I play on Sydney Australia servers, I see roit buddies fairly often, obvs not a tone but it's not to rare to see someone with it. Yet my main account is level 220, my old account which I lost was level 150 and I have an alt account that's level 70. And I've never seen a roit employee

Me and my friend got ours for helping a noob in the game, cheering him on when he got kills. Turns out the other two people on our team were rioters and we had no idea until we got the buddies. It definitely made me more invested in the game when positivity was rewarded so unexpectedly.

I was in a swiftplay and the riot dev said whoever gets 3 knife kills first gets it. I thought it was a prank like a fake dev but the whole team was participating so I did and I ended up getting it :P
