Dori Hartley - Blue Djinn (FULL ALBUM)
The only album released by iconic artist, writer, actor, and musician Dori Hartley. This album was one of those that was really hard to track down, let alone at a decent price. I don't really know what to put about it here, there's a surprisingly low amount of information about this release. As always, any inquiries, requests, submissions, and personal emails can be sent to ytmusicarchivist@gmail.com. Cheers!

Compilation of Antifreeze songs dated between 1998-2000, selected from their self-titled, AQWTB, a few tracks that weren't included on any other release, along with a few alternate mixes of songs featured on Quicky and Love Is Cold, namely The Long Way and Not The One from what I've noticed. Seriously cool selection, and it makes for a great variety sampler of their works up to this point!

Antifreeze's second release, put out in 1999 between their self-titled and Love Is Cold. It features five tracks that would later be re-recorded for LIC (those being "Ordinary," "Cyber Sweety," "Not The One," "I'm Sorry, From Your Friend," renamed simply to just Friend and "Satellite"). Huge thanks to George Hickman for sharing this, along with a compilation album he made for the band back in 2...

The third album from Appleton, WI pop-punk band Antifreeze, released in 2000. These were nearly hidden in plain sight, with a few songs here on RUclips but next to nowhere else but in a 9 year old Mediafire link from some obscure skate punk forum thread. Glad I found this. I'm still looking for their first release from 1998 (just a self-titled album), and on the off-chance anyone has any info o...

For anyone out there who has heard of the band Hail The Villain (I was introduced to them by someone who emailed them to me some time back Thank you again, Eric!), you may or may not be surprised to hear that they were initially known as Farenheit from their formation in 2003 until 2006, shortly after they released their album Disconnected (I initially thought it was two separate bands but with...

This one's a hot little rarity right here. Local band from (if I recall correctly) East Stroudsburg, PA, this album took me a good half year to track down again. This album just came in the mail today, so I'm jumping on the opportunity to upload it as soon as I can. I'd personally describe this album's sound as what you get pushing Korn to an extra limit, and giving them even more open-ended id...

    I am a long time Rollins fan music and his spoken word stuff . I was not warm to this lineup but i had to really open my ears and relize the incredible path Henry was on and that this was just as great and even a heavier situation he was giving his fans . Great songs,musicians .then he got out pulling the plug musically for himself recognizing that he did not want to be a hits band trying to water down the career he created . This and his other live album from the Metro are so intense showing the he was a powerhouse and giving his fans the best .thank you Henry and all Rollins Band musicians from the begining to the end .

    I respect HR as a person, and as an artist. However, I saw him speak about a year ago in his one man show that he does as a speaking guest. He was an insufferable d-bag. Nice guy, smart guy, but man oh man...he's so politically cringe. Think Hollywood, CA meets NYC coffee shop d-bag.

    Still have this album and seen them live at the State Theater in Easton PA. First heard them on WZZO when they would play local bands music late at night. WZZO said where to go to buy this album which I believe was the only place you could pick it up at brand new. A local small mom and pop music store near Liberty High School in Bethlehem PA. Really miss this band and love them to death.

    Saw the Rollins Band on this tour, it was heavy with this line up (Mother Superior). Different from the End Of Silence/Weight era. Fan of both, I'm fortunate to have seen them live. What a hot summer it was ! I was hotter and hotter

    • @relationshipofcommand4177
      @relationshipofcommand4177 Год назад

      It's interesting that you pinpoint those two albums specifically, because that was also a pretty heavy transition as much as it was from Come In And Burn to the Mother Superior GSGA/Nice era. EoS was kind of the last triumph of the full original lineup (Andrew Weiss being the only one that ever left as far as I know) and letting the last bit of aggressive explosiveness out before the tired contempt and tightened sound of Weight hit a couple years later. I'm sure that was just a random observation on your part, but it works really well in consideration with the circumstance of Rollins Band's evolution of sound

      I personally disagree. I loved the lineup for EoS-CIaB with all its chemistry and the original lineup for the pure raw power they all shared, but I think Mother Superior was the perfect backing band for the last leg of this band's life. For me, this version of Rollins Band holds up as much as the other lineups. Not to mention, I love the straightfoward funk and rock elements they added. It just sounded so tight and unreal
