Fergus Reassembled
After a10 hr road trip to Texarkana and back with "donor" jeep parts, we have given Fergus a makeover with "new" parts. The charcoal grey looks pretty slick with the Copperhead orange!
Al still has a little bit of engine work to get all the cylinders to fire correctly, but he is trail (and definitely now trailer) ready!

Following Allen's weekend disaster at Disney, we started the process of disassembling his 2014 JKU (Fergus). We removed doors, top, windshield and frame along with the seats for an easier clean-up of the interior. This weekend, Fergus had his first experience with "wheels in the air." Allen headed out to Disney, OK, to attend an event called "Krawl for the Kids," a charity event to raise funds for Ronald McDonald house. Rockhounding near Teresita OK

Summer kick off with family!!! We went wading and rockhounding in Spring Creek. The creek runs through property owned by my cousin's family. Huge thank you to the Marler Family for letting us spend the afternoon hunting rocks. We drove backroads to find this hidden gem - got to see the county sheriff's in action and our final drive took us through Claremore, OK following an F1 tornado.

The locks are "love locks". Sweethearts put their initials on them, lock it to the bridge, and then throw the key in the water. Pretty cool!
