7 years ago I was diagnosed with fibroids. I didn’t want surgery or to lose my uterus and I didn’t want to take medication for the rest of my life. I started eating fruits, vegetables and drinking more water for 90 days no coffee, tea, sugar, and dairy products. I also started walking every day.
