Q: I did use the install kit, but the line that is hitting the housing is part of the turbo sump so I can’t really replace it with anything you sent me I’ll try and figure it out myself but any input would be appreciated thank you. A: You can straighten the pipe a little bit with a vice that will solve the problem.

What is the default wastegate spring pressure in your turbos? I bought your gtx2867r .64 and I cant boost past 15psi.
the default spring is 1.0 bar / 14.7 psi

i was messing with my tension because im seeing 17 psi but want 15psi so i set the actuator like this but boost feels laggy and underpowered alot.could it be my wastegate spring is too soft? im seeing the desired boost but the way it feels to me is like a boost leak, and this started only after i messed with actuator rod. whats wierd is my turbo was supposed to have 8 psi wastegate but the lowest i can get it is 15psi? not sure if thats important

@@nickwhite6717 thanks…my 6.5 TD is (was)vacuum controlled …but Ive replaced it with spring loaded boost control…works great…
@@michaelmounts1269 yeah they can go either way. VGT is usually vac control to my knowledge if it's not an electronic actuator or on a truck with air
