OMG! This will work for me! We live in a home with a garage conversation. This room is up against the laundry room...this setup is perfect! The original window is still in place...all we have to do is send the hose through the window to the perfect corner in the garage conversation room! Thanks 😊

I bought a hard drive on ebay that arrived broken due to poor packaging. The seller agreed to and filed a refund and sent me proof of refund completed. Ebay refused to pay me the refund stating only "item was received". I had to go through my credit card company to reverse the sale.

I have a return for item not as described. In the comments the customer said my wife wanted tan or white and then said, she didn’t pay attention to the color and wants a refund asap! The second response was after I inquired to get clarity on the reason. $102 sale. I filed a report and have not started refund process yet. I should wait on the eBay response to the report correct?

And I thought that I was crazy, "NOT" Yes, I am a photographer/musician with a grammy award but yet I chose to live in a warehouse store front and I love it my kids are 38 and 42 yrs. old and now it's my turn to enjoying not paying a mortgage and rent so I decided to rent my house and live in a warehouse/store front, cook and shower at night and open for Photography/music studio during business hours making money not just giving my money to the landlord for property I will never own in high priced Los Angeles, Ca. I refuse to pay $2,200 per month and get nothing in return which would make me a Grammy Award winning sucker for giving my money away. Thank God for Covid, now the landlords realize that they need to work with their tenants. "We are in the same boat and I'm enjoying the space to put all of my money making gear. "HAVING FUN". Good for you and you're not going crazy.....

Just saw your video, thx for the great explanation. EBay now takes 15% commission from taxes AND shipping paid by the buyer (in addition to 15% on item sold) so sellers are royally ra-ped financially. How do you get paid on Bonanza? Do all payments go to the seller's PayPal account?

Please be warned, Mercari is awful to sellers! They do not support sellers in the event of a dispute and make it very easy for buyers to take advantage of you. I showed evidence in photo and video that the buyer was lying but they could care less. Please see reviews by other sellers before you decide to join the app to sell stuff… you will do yourself a favor if you never join Mercari!

After buying and redeeming the code for this person, they just blocked me and never gave me the product :( Can I be able to dispute even though I bought the card from a trusted website but gave the code to the scammer?

As a buyer, what I always do if the listing is not clear ,is, I message the seller to ask exactly what they are selling, ie, Exactly how many hubcaps are there ? ,BEFORE I decide to buy.

How is the buyer traffic on Mecari? Would it be a place to sell auto parts? I mainly sell vintage auto parts on the side. Some other odd's and ends. Used to do vintage electronics. I assume Any place other than ebay is relegated to crafts, cloths and NEW items.

I do kind of the same thing. You do it better than me though. I will fine tune my power so that I may be a Ebay God such as you. I try to do the social engineering thing. Some are smart and won't even reply. The guy filing the false charge back is going to be in a world of hurt. lol. That's called first party fraud.

How do you handle where the buyer files a dispute through their payment institution PayPal. We just had one where the buyer said the item was not as described. They got to keep the item and we had to refund. The item had tracking showing delivered and the item was perfect. There must be a loophole for buyers we are not aware of or this is pure robbery. And as far as the wording on the dispute there was none.
